Quick word about the Great British Music Debate 2004 which aired on BBC Radio 2 last Wednesday night, December 1st 2004. Ben Francis sent an email to the panelists asking about Copyright law and the Internet. He also asked about the regulation of Peer to Peer file sharing.

Ben provided me with a couple of mp3 files, which I converted to the speex format (wide-band), saving about 5 times on the filesize while preserving a good voice quality.

  2. Second hour of the GB Music Debate 2004 [13 MiB]

What?s a Speex file? and how do I play it? If you can play ogg vorbis files, chances are you can also play speex.
