Still fighting for democracy and freedom
“The Ontario wing of the Hells Angels has put up a billboard on a Toronto highway as part of a new public relations campaign.
The motorcycle gang says they want to “right the wrongs” done to them by the “government-controlled” media.
The Angels’ PR campaign comes amid an ongoing trial in Barrie, Ont., north of Toronto, in which the Crown is trying to prove that the Hells Angels are a criminal organization.” - source: CTV
So after Firefox and pretty soon Adbusters with their full page ads, everyone will have his name in the paper. ‘Nuff said? Not really, I finally found the information I was looking for about the Adbusters legal action.
What a bunch of hooey. They know what they do is wrong, they
are just trying to hide under the flag
of “democracy and freedom” to conceal their illegal activities.
They know they commit horrendous acts within their cells and to
say the negative image of them in media is simply because of government
control is pure drivel. They ARE a criminal organization, not
some benign bikers group. I’m not expressing myself well so
I’ll just end my comments here with a thanks again (for the

Buying airtime, what’s the big deal ?
A few days ago, I had a post entitled Still fighting for democracy and freedom mentionning how the Hell’s Angels got their billboard. Although it’s a different media, Adbusters tried again and again to buy airtime for its TV clips, without any succes…

Wow!!! That is to funny and rather scary. What a world we live in. Criminals can get billboards but companies fighting for the good get turned down.
Just have to say wow. What a shame.
