Google Answered
I remember signing up to be one of the researchers for Google Answers way back in April 2002 but I was already too late or my application fell through the cracks. Honestly, I never used the service and time is running out. Google has decided to close the shop on this project.
I think they were on to something though, so much so I count almost forty services similar to Google Answers. That include the Wikipedia Reference Desk among many.
Still, you may want to change Google’s mind and sign the petition to keep it going.
