Phases here refer to both hardware and software. It’s not a finished product, think of it as something alpha or beta but in hardware and that ships for 400$… Better wait until October to get the consumer version. Get it now (if it’s not sold out) if you’re a developer and want to get a head start.

I’m a little confused. What are “phases”? Firmware versions or hardware versions?

Because it seems nice, but I don’t want my Neo1973’s functionalities compromised because I bought a developer version.
